All VC investing have decreased in 2022, but some sectors have been hit harder than others. According to PitchBook, a provider of capital market data, their data on 11 verticals show vast differences between sectors in regard to deal value, deal count and valuation. Edtech, Ecommerce and Agtech have decreased the most, and Crypto/Blockchain, Healthtech and Climate Tech have decreased the least.
